The work experience and career growth depends on the project you get into and as a fresher you don't have freedom to choose the project in big company like HCL. But, you will get to know the entire software life cycle and professional environment.

Minpunten

Salary is well below average, very minimal increments unless you got an onsite opportunity. Job allocation for fresher's is the worst, people from CS go to testing projects, EEE,ECE graduates are assigned development sometimes.

I have not been paid for my work after almost 90 days now. There is no formal explanation or refusal, but they are just sitting it out it appears, pocketing the money that has been paid on my behalf by the client.
