* If Client site you work at is positive (like mine was) you have a fighting chance of keeping sanity * Other HCL workers * It is a paycheck

Minpunten

* Very top-down. I had to cc my boss every time I went to restroom * Performance Review Process, it will take 3 months to get your merit increase * Boss will through you under bus and humilate at you in front of team. Not sure if this is specific to culture * No job autonomy. In my job I COULD NOT come up with ideas. I was micro managed from day 1 * Pay is below average * Like any MSP you are the product and there is no career path

I have not been paid for my work after almost 90 days now. There is no formal explanation or refusal, but they are just sitting it out it appears, pocketing the money that has been paid on my behalf by the client.
