No Goodies for new Joiner Working hours may be long like 13-17 per day and also on Weekends, varies project to project Restriction on taking cash payout for working on holidays, they will ask you for comp-off which you cant utilise . Dominant abusive language from senior management is common, HR never take any action on abusive ground. It can ruin the career if cannot compromise

I have not been paid for my work after almost 90 days now. There is no formal explanation or refusal, but they are just sitting it out it appears, pocketing the money that has been paid on my behalf by the client.
