Everything depends on your luck, if you are lucky enough you did not even have to work and will get promotion just because you belong to same race, ethnicity, region or any other bias of your Manager or God Father otherwise screwed

Minpunten

If get project from different group ( race, region, language or any other bias) then you are the only one who is working and solving all others problems still you will get only escalation
