You have to interview internally to get your own projects, which creates unnecessary stress. Projects are unstable since employees are often replaced by offshore resources without notice. Management lacks transparency and support, which makes the work environment very difficult.

I have not been paid for my work after almost 90 days now. There is no formal explanation or refusal, but they are just sitting it out it appears, pocketing the money that has been paid on my behalf by the client.
