Working here was a masterclass in how not to run a company. The environment was relentlessly hostile, plagued by disorganization, poor leadership, and an almost complete disregard for employee well-being.
From day one, it was clear that people were treated as disposable. Leadership prioritized ego and control over collaboration and competence. Feedback was not just unwelcome—it was punished. If you spoke up, you were sidelined. If you stayed quiet, you were invisible.
The culture wasn’t just unkind—it was corrosive. While words like “diversity” and “respect” were thrown around in emails, the day-to-day reality was anything but. Leadership tolerated behavior that made it impossible to feel safe or supported—especially if you were from a marginalized background. The silent tolerance of discriminatory dynamics made it even worse.
Processes? Nonexistent. Communication? Chaotic. Morale? Underground. The turnover rate was astronomical, and with good reason.
If you value your peace, your time, or your dignity, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. No job is worth this kind of emotional wear-and-tear.
