NO Pros. worst place to work

HOD's do not support if any mistakes happen. your good work is not appreciated. Horrible Human resource department:- 1. no insurance 2. no employee engagement activities 3. no increments 4. salary not paid on time 5. you have to beg them to get your full and final settlement done 6. PF deducted but not paid. 7. no canteen facilities

Open environment that always welcomes new ideas, new techniques and encourages Team work . Adherence to demanding Schedules in a fast pacing environment and at the same time ensuring quality delivery

Minpunten

Lack of Employee friendly Policies that could not encourage extra curricular development of an individual

You will get ample of free time i think thats the only pros of hdil.

Minpunten

Increment is uncertain, salary delay where as a matter of fact we are still waiting for July month salary, no proper response from th HR, PF amount has been paid till Dec.
