It’s grounded in humility, kindness, and trust, and that's rare. - The culture is genuinely amazing and everyone is collaborative and respectful of each other - Leadership truly values work-life balance, even with the pace of a high growth startup - Every voice matters here; all input is welcomed and considered - Management is invested in your growth and believes in promoting from within - Lots of opportunities to try new things, step up, and build a career

- "Unlimited PTO" can feel a little vague, which can make you feel guilty when taking time off - This is a startup. If you’re not comfortable wearing multiple hats or shifting gears quickly, it might not be the right fit (but if you thrive in this kind of fast paced environment this can be a pro!)
