Competitive pay, large/interesting projects, decent benefits

Minpunten

Health insurance very confusing, no bonuses, everyone expects you to work extreme OT but OT pay is not good at all and not worth it. Way too corporate and more influence oriented than actual engineering. Travel can be miserable and for weeks to months at a time.
