Pluspunten
I enjoyed the family environment with lots of company events. Christmas parties, monthly bbq's, monthly birthday cake celebrations. I also appreciated the yearly salary increases, as not all companies do this. I also liked the flexibility of the job and was allowed to work from home at times or take care of doctors appointments. The benefits were great with a good amount of vacation and PTO, 401K match, and your insurance for you and your family was paid for when I was there.
Minpunten
Management had an open door policy but I felt like my words or suggestions were never implemented or even considered. Also there was no room for advancement (for some people), I felt stuck. Even a title change by adding a level to your position I, II, II, would of made me feel like I was moving up in the company.
