Only leadership words matter. - High performing employees with awards and recognitions are put under PIP(Performance improvement plans) to systematically let them go without any question being risen to the company. - Work Life Balance isn't promoted and looked down upon by the managers who don't have any of personal life of their's. - You are lucky if you get a supportive manager who trusts the team.

Harder and harder every day to find positives, unfortunately. Used to have a good work life balance, decent off-sites, great managers and co-workers. CEO is slowly but surely destroying the company culture and making it both a tedious and chaotic place to work.

Minpunten

RTO has cost the company a large amount of important and long standing employees, with no ability to replace them. US teams have been without EMs for 6 months - 1+ years, and are losing Product Managers as well.
