I feel compelled to share my deeply troubling experience at Hacking to caution potential employees about the concerning practices I witnessed during my time there. It became evident that Jim, Amany and Adela disregard HR procedures and fail to uphold basic employee rights. Instances of forced resignation were alarmingly common, despite management's insistence to the contrary. Employees were subjected to intense micromanagement, with every action scrutinized and controlled, stifling creativity and professional growth. The work environment was marred by instances of verbal abuse, where managers resorted to screaming and belittling employees. This conduct created an atmosphere of fear and undermined any sense of mutual respect or collaboration. Furthermore, the consistent undermining of employees' abilities and efforts only served to erode confidence and demotivate the team. Another concerning issue was the lack of training and development opportunities for employees aspiring to advance into higher positions. Despite promises of support and reprimands for poor performance, the necessary training never materialized. Instead, employees were subjected to a constant game of "hot and cold," where their dedication and willingness to go above and beyond were praised, but any inquiries or confrontations were met with avoidance and sidestepping. Lastly, I feel it's essential to warn prospective employees that Leadership fosters an environment of inconsistency and manipulation. If you take the initiative to shoulder additional responsibilities and learn new roles independently, you are initially praised. However, once you seek guidance or address concerns, you are met with evasiveness and attempts to push you out, sparing the company from taking responsibility for terminating your employment. In conclusion, my experience at Hacking Immigration Law was plagued by severe ethical and professional issues. The disregard for HR procedures, abusive behaviors, micromanagement, cheap labor practices, lack of training, and manipulative tactics are just a few of the glaring problems that potential employees should be aware of. I strongly advise individuals to carefully consider these concerns before considering employment with this organization.
