Employees receive a large amount of vacation/sick days and people are not penalized for taking a day off. Additionally, the offices are really nice due to great location and ample desk space. What really shines at Hager Sharp, though, are the people. Almost everyone at Hager Sharp is competent, friendly, and passionate about the work they do. Rarely do people feel excluded from socializing at work. Beyond the typical pros, Hager Sharp has really been incorporating digital, creative, and research into its offerings over the past year. While the company may have been a little on the slower to side to integrate, it has been changing rapidly. The company has also expanded beyond government clients, which is beneficial for the company in the long term.
