Halaxy is an amazing place to work. Office location is A+. Being part of the tech team, they are actively building out the team and provide you with opportunities to grow professionally. Halaxy is a very powerful system, so getting stuck into the codebase can be quite daunting at first but there is always someone you can reach out to and they give you tasks which ease you into the development process. Team building and food are important here - big emphasis on food! Really great environment to work in overall.

It's a 9 hour work day (pro - it's a 1 hour paid lunch break) so some days it can be quite tiring depending on your commute to the office, but this con is easily outweighed by the pros :-)

The culture at Halaxy is outstanding - people are supportive, collaborative, and genuinely uplifting to work with. Free lunch every Thursday is a fun weekly highlight and a great way to bring everyone together with a fun trivia afterwards. There’s a strong appreciation for different backgrounds, and the environment feels inclusive, welcoming, and shares food/snacks from their home/culture. Plenty of opportunities to learn new things and grow. Great work-life balance that allows you to do meaningful work. The work itself is incredibly fulfilling - receiving positive feedback from practitioners who are building their businesses makes the impact feel real. Contributions are acknowledged and appreciated, which makes the day-to-day experience even more rewarding.
