-Supervisors can micromanage -It doesn't feel like anyone knows the direction the company wants to go -Career Advancement is nonexistent -Work/Life Balance is not great. A lot of pressure to stay late even if you show up early.

Management can be flexible on small things Team management does really care and want to help If getting to insurance would be a good place to start.

Claims are handled with such inconsistency depending on what manager you get. In office job and zero flexibility. Everything is always in flux processes change almost daily. Company is so scared of being taken to court they end up creating so much extra work that is unnecessary. Always under staffed Expected to manage an entire claims queue line during the day working other peoples claim along with yours. Company technology is in 2005 Company has no money for raises. Expect 1-3%. Very poor benefits.
