Thank you for recognizing our product, we work hard to deliver great programs and service to our clients. I'm always here to talk so we can work out why you feel you're being disrespected. The company has been around for almost 3 decades. Stable sales and many employees have been with the company for 10-20 years. Senior managers are knowledgeable and look to help and groom staff under them. Since the products they sell are with all the major retailers, it's a good place to learn kitchen based consumer products. The owner is very smart and will lead by example, showing exactly how something should be done. As long as you have a strong work ethic and are willing to put in the time to learn the processes / products, you will succeed. In my time here I've seen people grow and be given opportunity.

We could have shorter meetings, as long as the various departments are prepared in advance.
