      Pluspunten

      I am given clear goals and guidance on how to execute them. Love being able to work remotely as it supports my busy lifestyle. Management is very understanding and set expectations within reason. HanaByte wants employees to be able to enjoy their life outside work which makes the working hours much more productive and meaningful.

      Minpunten

      Not much of a con other than being a smaller size company; however, we did expand to double the size in a year. The expansion process is very strategic so response regarding employment may take a week or two.

      - Tight-knit culture with a great startup mindset - Amazing team of people, lots of great conversations to be had! - Leadership/management is great and moving the company in the right direction - Huge emphasis on work/life balance and a great company culture - Commitment to being involved with the greater cloud security community - Plenty of continuing education opportunities with support from the company - Fully remote and office budget - Focus on customer outcomes, no micromanagement, no politics

      - Smaller company, so some may not like that
