The internship is unpaid, which might be acceptable, but this creates an unusual dynamic where they bring in 10 students each semester. Most of the time, there’s no work or tasks assigned, and they seem unbothered by it—because, after all, you’re free labor.
The organization is chaotic, with everything being poorly managed. There’s no clear specialization or structure, leading to days and even weeks of having absolutely nothing to do.
I completed a 3-month internship with almost nothing to learn. I strongly advise against joining this chaotic company—it’s a complete disaster.
Overall, it was a truly disappointing and frustrating experience.
