      Some very talented people on their design team. Flexible and casual work environment. Leadership is playful with holidays and community functions.

      Minpunten

      Not all employees are willing to help. Some are very set on advancement and backstabbing to make their way into management. Be careful who you trust. Leadership does not see it.

      Pluspunten

      Hanlon offered me the opportunity to explore my creative skills and grow as a designer. They service a wide variety of clients and there's never a dull moment. Hanlon's flexibility and family atmosphere are incredibly welcoming and are what make it my favorite place I've ever worked.

      Minpunten

      Hanlon is team focused and communication and collaboration are a must. If you like working alone or tend to put yourself before the team, this is not the place for you.

      Hanlon Creative has been the best place I've worked throughout my career. The people are amazing. It's truly a collaborative environment with established values, processes and a keen eye for creativity. I have been able to do some amazing work and advance my career faster than anticipated. Hanlon offers competitive salaries, full medical and dental benefits at no cost to me, 401K match, profit sharing, bonuses, and work from home opportunities. I couldn't be happier.
