The people within the company are amazing, fun, and down to earth. You are treated as a human and not a number or cog in the machine. The culture is very open which gives you the opportunity to know what is happening above and decisions the company is going to make. Managers give you freedom to work remotely or in the office and do not micromanage, allowing you to express your opinion. Feedback is seen as a positive and is welcome across all levels. There is plenty of opportunity to develop your skills and grow through the ranks. I originally started as a content editor, working 1 day a week proof-reading the companies content. Over the space of a year and a half, I have grown into the position of Content Marketing Manager.
