Completely ineffective board of directors. There is no consideration for staff. Greed and profit far out weigh anything else. You will be worked into the ground and then when you're about to break you'll be worked harder. No autonomy. No trust. Micromanaged regardless of experience. It's a dictatorship. Dreadful place

Great family feel to the firm, friendly staff and have always been fully supported. Flexible working policy. Town centre location. Good benefits package.

No parking but can use the Park and ride

- Not a lot, case management system is ok - salary is ok

Minpunten

- severe micromanagement (you cannot think for yourself and every single thing you do is checked- you can't even send an email!) - severe condescension (talked down to all the time, they talk bad about other staff members to you) - lack of progression - directors have all the power (you can't go against them at all) - no support (management don't want to help you, you get told to "ask someone else" or "read the guidance notes)
