While leadership/management does do more than give lip service to "listening" they are not very adept at "hearing". Furthermore, there are some in leadership who simply do not exhibit the HCAT cultural values yet are given "a pass" for some reason. These "passes" are just one symptom of the reason I say "DO NOT come to work here" -- integrity, the applied consistency of purpose and action, is simply not a high priority for HCAT leadership.
