They only care about reports and stats. Employees get upset when calls run long because they'll have lower stats for the day. It puts unnecessary stress on the employee and doesn't prioritize the patient. They don't care if your putting important notes or reaching out for help, if your wrap up time is longer than 30 seconds they are on you for it without carring why.
