It can be hard to maintain a good work-life balance, especially on weekdays. The job market is uncertain, which makes changing roles more difficult. Some managers, especially Indian managers, can come across as rude and may not respond well when questions or concerns are raised. They hold grudges and try to hurt

Great overall onboarding and new hire experience. Very well structured internal processes and pleasantly helpful leadership and kind team members! Zero communication & zero leadership. A lot of talking from higher ups but months after merger everything is far, FAR worse than before. Culture = gone Mission = gone Health care benefits= the bare minimum Parental leave= reduced Office= cold, stale, uninviting Summer fridays = gone PTO = reduced with new tenure requirements Bonus= reduced Layoffs = constant
