I like working at HealthRhyhtms because of its strong company values and culture. The team here is emphatic, enthusiastic, and open-minded, and we are all working towards a purpose that makes a difference. I feel comfortable being honest and open with my manager about my concerns and ideas, and they always try to take them into consideration. The company culture is very supportive and collaborative, and I feel like I am part of a team that is working together to achieve something great.
Minpunten
The only downside is that we work remotely, so I don't get to spend as much time with my team in person as I would like. However, the company does a good job of staying connected through regular video calls and team-building activities.
