Always had the opportunity to learn something new if I asked and advocated for myself. The owner and manager are very reasonable people if you talk with them. Owner has a history of corporate medicine that fuels his desire for a compassionate team-like setting. The manager is a fair and judicious leader who will weigh options and outcomes to help employees get the best-desired results when all data is present.
