Where do I start? Group leaders and Project leaders have a very superficial understanding of Architecture, they actively do not care about the profession, just their superficial and often copy paste designs. The culture is toxic. Only people close to management get recognition. No respect of personal life. HR is there just to support the management and not the employees. The building is awful for a workplace (on so many levels), If you value your self esteem don’t join this place.
