Minpunten
At Alfred, I worked as a direct report to the CEO. I witnessed the CEO poorly treat dozens of employees. Often screaming or questioning their intelligence. The CEO would disappear for weeks and then come into the office on a tirade. She more often than not would miss meetings due to her inability to put herself together and lead or because she didn’t find it to be worth her time. I often see interviews where she talks about supporting women in the workplace and the rights of workers and i find it to be a mockery of either cause. I fell that the culture they have created at Alfred is extremely toxic. Current employees live in fear that they are going to be fired at any moment and former employees note working there as the worst experience of their life. I have experienced extremely qualified people burn out and become insecure and paranoid employees. If you challenge either the CEO or COO’s views you will find yourself on the outside, and there is no coming back. There is little room to better yourself or Alfred.
