You never feel that your learning curve is coming down.

Pressure to perform sometimes lead in poor result. More freedom to fail shall be given.

HT is the best place for freshers and beginners..you get to learn a lot..you get opportunities to explore and experiment your own thoughts, strategies. Unlike other companies where you have specific boundary line of your work, HT provides a career opportunity to get involved in various activities and take away most out of it. i have seen ppl here working since its inception way back in 2009. Like they say-" success welcomes those who can go beyond their comfort zone and deliver"
