Where to start, from the managers to heads of departments. Everyone here is very backstabby. HR is horrible at communicating with teams and the managers just side with senior management to save their skins. It is pretty lame because they always talk about their pillars which make Hellofresh great. They just end up buying those "Great Places Work" banners. Plus candidates get put through the wringer when it comes to interviewing. Last-minute cancellations, skipping scheduled interviews because they don't like something on the resume. Let's not forget about the case studies people have to do - which at times managers will suddenly decide they don't want to even interview the candidate anymore. Just really think if this is the place you want to be. VPs and Directors act like helicopter parents and jump into interviewing candidates who are entry-level. It is sad.
