- Unfair pay. Junior employees can be paid more than senior employees. New hires can be paid more than existing employees. - You're shoehorned into video analytics and computer vision. hard to break into other AI fields with the experiences gained here - Don't expect a performance bonus regardless of how well you do - Pay and benefits are reasonable compared to SMEs, bad compared to tech companies - Don't trust management when they say "we are a family" when it comes to money-related matters because it becomes meaningless. Don't expect fair compensation here.
