Very satisfying job helping people build their home and walking them through the process of choosing what works best for them. Upper management is solid and isn't always breathing down your neck and micro managing you. Overall a great place to work.

Not a whole lot of cons, with any 100% commission job you have to learn to manage money well. After a year or two your pipeline is seasoned enough to have a decent continuity of sales.
