When it was fully staffed, you could have a laugh. 4 days off was great. Management was good.
Minpunten
It became obvious this was a job role where people come and go quickly. This not only puts pressure on management however the rest of the staff are expected to continue working with very few members helping. Due to this, you felt knackered, underappreciated, and quite honestly after a 12-hour shift, didn't want to come back in. It also felt like there was a gap between what was really going on and what was being reported to management by team leaders. Lots of gossiping about each other - possibly due to low morale with short staffing, however eventually it takes its toll on you. Some staff members which have been there for years are extremely rude and aggressive with anger issues. I witnessed on multiple occasions a member throw his phone, kick objects and swear loudly - however, due to being there prior to new management, this is almost accepted.
