      Wonderful group of people with which to work. Experienced and knowledgeable about their jobs and duties. Simply did the work that needed to be done.

      Minpunten

      Management of the assets was very poor. Company continued to pursue projects that were not feasible and not producing desired results.

      Mot of the peers working there are very intelligent and capable, willing to share ideas and build the company up if given the chance. The new CEO is very capable and excited about improving the conditions at HighMount. The amount of skill required to work at HighMount is minimal.

      Minpunten

      Managers are not very good leaders and seem to rotate job duties every 6 to 8 months during budget review or problems with planning. Operations Management refuses to train employees or support industry organizations. Operations Management feels that HES gets in the way of doing business unless the CEO dictates a change needs to occur. Operations Management at odds with CEO. They do not play well together and that creates goal conflicts with the company.
