It is unfortunate that you feel our benefits are not competitive as we do an incredible amount of research to ensure we are meeting the specific needs of our employees. We enhance our offerings every year with little to no cost passed on to our employees. I recommend you reach out to our Benefits team to discuss our offerings as we are currently in open enrollment.
Regarding changes in business workflow, we are addressing much needed efficiencies to allow our engineers to do their best work. Meeting the needs of our customers and patients means always staying one step ahead and adapting our business model.
