When I first joined Homage, it was really a great opportunity for me as I get to learn alot of things. However, after staying here for quite some time, I realised that there are too many things that Homage has to work on. I worked in Homage for 2 years plus and joined different departments during my time here. In the beginning, I thought that I had huge expectations and that I was the issue. However, I realised that the management is the main issue as there are constant firefighting among each other and the associates that worked on the ground will have to suffer as we will always get a last minute update and they expect us to expedite it within a short period of time. Management does not care about individual's mental health. So if you prioritise mental health, dont need to consider Homage. Also, there is no medical benefits and the ironic part is Homage is a healthcare company. And to add on, if you think you can get work life balance here eventhough they claim that there is, please dont fall for it. I am glad I am done with Homage
