Excellent Benefits, Great Pay, and encouragement to take time away from work.

Minpunten

Poor leadership in the ConOps department. Arrogant and Disrespectful managers who belittle everyone around them including their direct reports. Promises to scale the business, and then turn around and lay off +/-25% of your company in 2 quarters. After the first layoff employees were told they made decisions to layoff 10% in force to prevent any further layoffs... and then we were told we made it out barely unscathed during the SVB failure, and then a second round happened the very next quarter. Seniority doesn't matter either. Saw people laid off that had been with the company and performing far longer than some of the new hires. The remaining members on the team are left spread thin and entirely overworked.

We hold our leadership team to a high standard and all leaders are expected to create a supportive and respectful work environment, where employees feel valued and heard. I will be sharing this with the ConOps leaders to ensure they’re getting this feedback and can make the necessary changes. As it relates to team reductions — it’s incredibly important to us to communicate clearly and transparently with all employees about any changes or challenges we’re facing and we’ve done our best to provide open communication around the decisions we’ve had to make over the last 6 months. These decisions were not easy, and we had to say goodbye to some incredibly talented colleagues. We believe we’ve made the necessary changes to minimize any future risk to our team, while acknowledging that this is a period of economic uncertainty. We’ll continue to communicate as openly as possible and to ensure our team is taken care of, as employees and alumni. We take all feedback seriously, and will always work to address it in a solution-oriented way. Pluspunten

I spent 7 years at Homebound and would have happily continued my career there if circumstances hadn’t shifted. It’s rare to find a company that combines strong operational ambition with a genuine belief in its mission. Leadership, especially at the executive level, sets a high bar for accountability and vision. Our CEO consistently pushed the company to think bigger while still remaining deeply invested in the people building it day to day. I always felt trusted to own my work and empowered to contribute beyond my job description.

Like many high-growth companies, priorities can shift quickly and the pace can be demanding.

Homebound has absolutely no redeeming qualities.

- Homebound has no positive qualities whatsoever. - Every part of this terrible company is deeply toxic. - Leadership is made up of people who act more like intimidators than leaders. - The work environment and atmosphere are poisoned by this destructive leadership. - The constant negativity wears employees down, causing overwhelming stress and exhaustion.
