Pluspunten

Empowering environment. Easy to get full control of your idea and see it through in terms of blockers. But also you have to see it through yourself because everyone is too busy with their own big projects to really share the load. Teams work together of course but in an STO way.

Minpunten

Pretty cutthroat. Results is all anyone cares about. But they are very honest about this in early interview stages and all the way through onboarding. Very big on STO. Can get demoralizing when you're constantly feeling like you're failing if you're not excelling.

Minpunten

Senior leaders could not care less about employees and routinely make bad market decisions leading to foreseeable product issues and eventual layoff cycles. There was a time a few years back where employees criticized the dark patterns in the app - the president got pissed and said 'the data didn't show it was an issue', then a few months later when we got bad press about those patterns dismissed it as our competitors planting stories - sums up the culture pretty clearly.
