Great company if you want to start learning about the landscape industry. Many lateral movements to climb the corporate ladder that give you option's to gain more knowledge.

I didn't have any issues . If you put in the work many opportunities will arise.
leadership team delegates work but we could never figure out what they actually did. Seemed like they storyboard 24/7 and dump the workload onto various people. No accountability at the time. Seems better now, so hopefully it was just a phase
