Pluspunten

Some of the best reasons I enjoy working for Horizon Innovations, is that the company is 100% merit and performance based so my advancement and progression is dependent on me alone. Along with the great supporting environment here, no matter the position one is in or any struggle one might be going through there will always be a peer there to help that person further progress and to reach their goals. This company is here to provide a successful career opportunity rather than just a job. I've found that the motto of this company is that if you do not have a goal set, then you will never reach any destination that you one wants to reach.

Minpunten

From my experience, if you lose focus on what you are doing and do not continue to work hard every day and put in 100%, then it will take someone longer to progress to the position they want to be in and can be stagnate for a period of time.

Pluspunten

Job was very different from anything else. People are young and it's an interesting inviromemt if you're really outgoing. People are funny and it's fun for the most part.

Minpunten

There are however a lot of cons with this job. I might be the only one on here that shoots straight, because this job sucked. You will work over 50 hours a week with no base pay, meaning everything you make is from commission selling AT&T uverse door to door, ya it's a door to door sales job in the Jacksonville heat and humidity. It would be cool if the job paid a lot, but most people gross 400-600$ a week which to me wasn't worth it. That's like making 9$ an hour to walk around in the hot summer sun. Let's say it rains all week and you can't go out to the field. Well you're not making a single dime. They will try to spin it and say you can make 2,000$ a week, but that just ain't happening. And you don't make the full amount off commission till you're 3-4 weeks in. I would only keep this job if I had nothing else left. Listen Nora is cool, and management is okay, but Its not a pl
