It blends on-the-job experience, with obtaining professional qualifications, utilising the apprenticeship framework. This model allows our cohorts to gain practical experience while working towards a recognised qualification. By applying learning to real-world scenarios, you can effectively demonstrate experience and solidify knowledge. Our commitment to professional development extends beyond the Early Careers Programme. We offer a wide range of opportunities. For example, apprentices can be at almost any career stage and can acquire qualifications up to and including master’s level (Level 7).
