HOD of my team doesn't know the workload of the team.Feedbacks to her are useless, as it will end with her saying that it is manageable.. Replaced senior staff with junior staff and tell us to be optimistic, when she's not the one doing the mentorship.. so need to balance mentorship and BAU..
