Lack of direction. I constantly felt like I wasn’t given all of the information I needed to complete a task. There was a vision for projects, no one just bothered to share that with me. That lead to a lot of frustration on all sides and ultimately me leaving. And while I was leaving, my mental health was brought up as a possible reason why I ”couldn’t make it” in the company. So I was encouraged to share things from all aspects of life, but once I criticized the management, it was thrown back at me.
