oportunidade de crescimento e de se destacar, pois a maioria das pessoas, incluindo os tomadores de decisão, tem pouca experiência nas funções, alguns até desatualizados, principalmente na área de mídia.

Minpunten

Gestores com pouca bagagem, desatualizados, com baixa capacidade em liderar pessoas. RH sem preparo. A empresa tem pouca diversidade. Se você não estudou em escola particular, não fez uma boa faculdade ou não tem o perfil "Faria Limer" não terá a oportunidade de chegar no patamar dos gestores nessa agência.
