-Starting pay is nothing to write home about -they act like a 2% raise is something to be excited about, and make you demand fair compensation -they work the good people to death without offering recognition or reward, and praise people who do just the minimum -they have several unethical practicing when handling the order of processing, and are often out of compliance in several areas. -supervisors act like they are on your side and will manipulate your own words against you to cover theirselves -senior management knows about longstanding issues and receives numerous complaints daily, but opt for ignoring issues and getting rid of people who actually want progress for the company. -they don’t promote from within for vital roles, and will dangle a new role in front of you like a dog chasing a steak on a fishing pole, just to make you work harder and give it to someone else with no experience. They try to convince you that “things are about to get better if you can just hang on a little longer.” Don’t fall for it. It won’t get better. There is no formal training for your position. Your first week they will show you the easiest examples of what you’ll be doing, and then set you by yourself to figure everything out on your own, citing for you to read their non-descript guidelines if you need help. You will get in trouble for asking questions.
