      This is not an environment for those looking for a 9-5 job. Hard work, effort and results are rewarded. Individuals with a desire to create their own career path and have their hands in many things will do here. A strong ability to multi-task and prioritize are crucial to success.

      The team is so supportive. They are all willing to teach you and you can learn a lot from everyone who works with me.I consider myself very lucky to work here. Since it is a small company (but steadily growing), it is really easy to create strong bonds among co workers, so it was easy for me to learn from everyone as well as assimilate to the wonderful family culture that HRD has created. HRD is also honest and they care about their clients as much as their own employees, which was passed down through the CEO of HRD. Wouldn't change a thing.

      Minpunten

      I would say that since they are growing so much, they might lose the charm of working for a small company. However, I think that since it is such a core value for the company that it will fix itself and go back to the same culture it had before.
