Great team work Great members Benefits aren't bad. Tuition reimbursement.

Minpunten

High caseloads and large amount of documentation. Always on fire and caseloads are forever in triage. The work never ends and once stabilization is within reach, prepare to pivot and start over. Same people get promoted. Make less money compared to RNs even tho the job is the same. Constant pushes, urgent deadlines all the time.

Interviewed for a internal role in a second round in a team - the team didn't sell the role, the impression I got was you will work nights and overtime to commit to deadlines. questions asked: - examples of situations in your current job where there was disagreement between you and someone else in team. Thought this was too intrusive - how do you handle disagreements - how are you able to multi-task - are you able to commit to deadlines Got a very bad vibe with the team
