Ability to work from home

Impossible to move to a different department. Micromanaging (log breaks, lunches in computer system) Some favoritism for moving into other positions depending on timing and being awarded for performance Managers and supervisors are very high-school like, there is a "cool kids" crowd and then there is everyone else.
