- If you are lucky you will have good relationship with your peers - You will get Good Domain Knowledge - If you are fresher, you will get opportunities to work in Live projects.

Minpunten

- Biggest Cons, they don't give salary on time. one month backlog is very common. with out any doubt it can extends to 2 months also. even 12 month a year same story. - Just read one more time above if you are looking for any cons - So much work pressure - All the times FALSE promises are done by management
