Compensation is a constant moving target that works out for very little bonus money on target. They adjust it depending on how they feel a trimester will turn out. Raise percent to bonus, so payouts are very low. Don’t expect big bonuses it will be every blue moon one or two in ten years. Very unfair business practice as to not pay.
